Common questions
I bought the premium opponents but they’re still locked
Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, so a reinstall or new device can lose the local unlock flag. Use Restore Purchases:
iOS: open the New Game screen, tap a locked tier (Major or Colonel), and choose Restore Purchases in the unlock sheet. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with.
Android: open the New Game screen, tap a locked tier, and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Google account.
If it still doesn’t unlock, send us the store receipt / order number via the form below.
Is the premium unlock a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time purchase that unlocks both premium opponent tiers (Major and Colonel) permanently on your account — no recurring charge.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store you bought from. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play order history. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account, ever. The game plays fully offline. A connection is only used to (optionally) send anonymous game data that improves the AI, and to make a purchase.
How do I stop contributing my game data?
On the New Game screen there’s a “Contribute my games to improve the AI” checkbox (on by default). Untick it and no game data is uploaded. It’s always anonymous — see the privacy policy.
Which platforms is Interdiction on?
Play free in any modern browser at interdiction.app, or get the app on iOS and Android. The same game engine runs on all three.
